Amazing hostel! You genuinely feel like you are staying in a hotel rather than a hostel. The staff were wonderful, the facilities were very nice and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this place! 👍🏻

The only thing that surprised me was that they charged a small fee to refill your water bottle. Personally, I think this is something that could easily be offered for free. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

Everything was perfect - except for their silly company policy not to allow any outside food or drinks within the hotel, EVEN IN YOUR OWN PRIVATE ROOM!!! I had booked a Delux Double Room with Balcony, and I would have loved to extend my stay for another nine days - but with this rigorous restriction, I decided to check out after two nights and find a more tolerant place. I fully understand that, in the restaurant and the adjacent pool area, no outside food and drinks should be accepted. But in your own private room??? Well, good luck, but never again.

We booked the private room for 4 people and we liked basically everything. For the price, you really can't find anywhere better. Location is superb, very close to city center, room is very spacious even for 4 people, plenty of sockets, extremely quiet at all time of the day, acceptable ac, hot/cold shower, all the necessary amenities, soft bed, overnight moto parking, everything very clean basically spotless from the towels to the room to the bathroom, the restaurant price is acceptable and the food is delicious. The best part however is the staff, very helpful, very polite, willing to assist you with anything at any time of the day and they made our stay felt very warm and welcome.

The bathroom near the pool area is quite small if you're planning on using that. The ~100m road from the hotel to the main road is unpaved, so it could become muddy red dirt if it rains, but nothing too crazy, we rode our motorbike through just fine. Some minor parts of the room are showing their age like the socket or the TV but again nothing too crazy and still very clean all around.

The staff service and facilities are good, except that the color of the pillow is different from the picture, everything else is the same. There are always people cleaning the pool downstairs. Although I didn't go swimming, sitting in the lobby having breakfast every day and looking at that pool felt very nice. The restaurant prices are quite reasonable.

When cleaning, they only took out the garbage from the trash can without changing the garbage bag, so after staying for a few days, the trash can started to smell. If there is no hot water in the room, you should inform the front desk promptly, maybe they closed something. The location of this hotel is a bit far from the bar street area, and you need to take a taxi for transportation.
