Several visible restrictions boards and warnings made me feel that it may be unsafe to stay here with family

The location is very convenient and most of the staff is friendly and helpful: you are quickly assisted with all your requests. They may have the tastiest Biryani & Crispy Chicken we have eaten so far in Mumbai!

Check-in was very formal: your passport is copied, you have to fill out a form with all your details, and they even took pictures of me and my girlfriend (supposedly for the C4 form that we have already filled out at the airport). Passport control at the airport was less stringent than check-in at Hotel Ariana!!!
