Had to ask to find the luggage room. The locker in the room was too small for the luggage of two people. No reply when we asked questions online. Only one side of the capsule allowed for phone charging.

At one point in the booking process, it said breakfast from 8-10. Did not find out if it existed and where.

Bed bugs. We saw several bed bugs in our bed. Obviously wanted to leave the room immediately. Sent a message to staff but no one has replied, at least not yet, this happened yesterday.
