My power socket didn’t work. This was soon fixed upon my request.
I was honestly very disappointed with this property. The staff’s attitude and level of professionalism were far below my expectations, and the experience was nothing like my previous stays at your property in Beijing. The manager was extremely rude in his response and did not even have the courtesy to reply to a message I sent through Booking.com. This level of service is simply unacceptable and certainly not what I would expect from a hotel of this category.

The staff’s attitude was disappointing, and the room had a cheap, uninspired appearance. While the hotel might be adequate for a short business trip, it feels more like a basic business-class hotel than a property designed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The overall atmosphere lacks elegance, warmth, and attention to detail. Perhaps it would be suitable for a convention with very low expectations, but certainly not for guests seeking a quality hospitality experience.

Facilities, bed. Shower all very good. All the basics you need. Fridge and a safe. Linen and towels good quality. It was clean and comfortable. Efficient check in check out. The amazing gym + decent sauna is really the reason i choose this hotel.

The sockets in the room hard to use. My aircon started to make a strong weird noise in the night - shared the video when checking out. I woke up to it and thought there is a rodent for a moment. This was the first time it happened to me in Jen Shenzhen so not a problem normally. It is a bit pricey compared to the offering.
