An experience that ended in a very special way. We had a very pleasant stay and would like to note, in a special way, our satisfaction with how the hotel handled a situation that initially left us a bit frustrated. We traveled to celebrate my 50th birthday and greatly appreciated the initiative and sensitivity of the manager Daniel Padilha, who was kind enough to apologize and show genuine attention to make this occasion more special for us. His attitude was extremely elegant and professional, and made all the difference in our final perception of the experience. We would also like to highlight the service of the maintenance staff member on the day shift, who assisted us with the safe. Unfortunately, we do not know his name, but we want to note his friendliness, politeness, and willingness to help us. He was extremely helpful and attentive. We believe that it is precisely these gestures of care, sensitivity, and attention to detail that turn a good stay into a truly memorable experience. We thank the entire team, especially Daniel and the employee who assisted us with the safe, for their kindness and care. We left Curaçao with a very positive memory of our stay and how the hotel knew how to value such a significant moment for us.

There could be a valet service and assistance with luggage upon arrival. In the bathroom, we missed more support for towels and wet clothes, as it is a beach destination.
