Location is great - In Westlands, close to the Expressway and a very short walk away from one of the most happening streets of Nairobi nightlife - Woodvale Grv. The rooms are on relatively higher floors, so the view out is great, especially there aren't very tall buildings very close to the hotel - yet. The open view of Westlands area is very good. There is an Indian restaurant, Barbeque Nation - unrelated to the hotel, on the ground floor of the building which was very convenient for me to get vegetarian Indian food at any time, though it's a bit overpriced for what it is. Housekeeping and cleanliness is acceptable.

It's not structured like a typical hotel - it is spread over 3 floors of a tall building. The three hotel floors themselves are not even a closed system by itself. They can be accessed individually like any other floor of the building. The vegetarian spread at breakfast is way too limited. They also do not respect the need to keep the vegetarian food separate from the meats. I would not recommend the breakfast to a strict vegetarian.
Great location - close to two shopping malls, not far from airport and quick drive from most of the tourist attractions (like giraffe center, karen blixen museum or karura), staff very friendly and helpful! Place was clean and breakfast was also really nice :)

The hotel structure is good, the room very comfortable and the staff very cordial. The breakfast is tasty and the location is good. It was worth it!
