This is not my first time staying at this hotel. On my previous visits, everything was very good, and I was satisfied with the service and overall experience. Unfortunately, this time the room was very unsuitable and did not meet my expectations. First, I requested a smoking room, but the receptionist told me that no smoking room was available. Second, the television in the room was not working. Third, there was no toothbrush provided in the bathroom. Fourth, there was no hairdryer in the bathroom, which I found quite disappointing and not up to the expected hotel standards. Overall, I was disappointed with these issues, especially as basic room amenities and facilities should be available and in proper working condition.
