Poor accessibility, outdated facility, and dishonest refund handling. The hotel is difficult to reach due to major construction blocking vehicle drop-off, and the interior felt more like a dorm than a hotel. No elevators, and the bathrooms smelled despite being cleaned. After spending less than 20 minutes in the room, we decided to relocate. The front desk staff promised a refund due to the poor conditions and inconvenience, but management reversed this decision and stopped responding to messages. Their reason: we used one coffee pod and washed our hands in the bathroom.
