We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is unmatched and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. When we come back to Cartagena, we would want to stay in the exact same place!

Although the service was excellent, details like arriving at the room and finding the AC off, no complimentary bottle of water, first-floor room, you can hear conversations, lobby was always hot.

Cute hotel with good service and comfortable facilities. Included breakfast was really good. If you are a sensitive sleeper, beware of the noise if you have a room facing the street, the windows don't block any of the noise and you'll hear every car driving outside.
