There was dirt on the restaurant floors due to the staff throwing food leftovers on the tables to the ground. Coffee capsules are not available. The bathroom spray does not work, water splashes due to the cracked hose. The presence of a step at the end of the stairs leading to the B1 parking spaces is large and high, different from the rest of the stairs, which could be a danger for the elderly, it was like a trap.
