All of the staff were amazing. They were polite, conversational, and fun. The bar and restaurant staff were especially good. When I checked in, I absentmindedly left my hat downstairs at reception. Within 5 minutes of getting to my room, there was a knock at the door and my hat was returned to me. The restaurant was excellent. While staying there, I had some very good lasagna as well as some excellent steak. The included breakfast was good quality, plenty of variety, and the staff made sure that everything was kept stocked. They were very helpful and sorted me out with a decaf coffee when I asked.
