Everything perfect
The room was super clean and the staff regularly called to change the sheets and give clean towels. Air conditioning was fantastic.

The buzzer noise for the door to the rooms is loud so this made it hard to sleep at times if people were coming in during the night.

The only negative thing is the bed for our 16-year-old daughter is a bit small for her size.
After several attempts and never a response, I could not access the property because I was unable to check in.
The location is perfect for exploring Cagliari, as well as the southern part of the island. An excellent bakery, a supermarket, and various great cafés and restaurants are all very close by. The room is spacious, beautifully designed, well air-conditioned, quiet, and clean. The bathroom is nice and functional. There is also a lovely little balcony. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

They ignored my questions about leaving our luggage after check-out. I wrote twice, but they didn’t respond at all. I think the communication could be much better.
