We loved our stay at Casual Rinascimento! The location is really great: right in the heart of Florence, we practically did everything on foot, which is a real plus to enjoy the city. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is really friendly, helpful, and attentive. Very good breakfast as well. Big crush for the pool and sauna area, perfect for relaxing after a day of walking in Florence. And special mention to the valet service: you leave the car and they take care of everything, including the ZTL. In Florence, it's really appreciable! A very nice address, ideally located. We really loved our stay and would go back without hesitation.

The rooms are very large, comfortable, and clean, complete with excellent products. The staff is extremely friendly.

I got a room on the ground floor. If you can avoid it, better. Although the street is very quiet and it is two blocks from very touristy squares, it is a very quiet stretch but you could hear people at night as if they were in the room. And the city cleaning machine early. It feels like they are inside the room. Another thing I didn't like is that you have to book to use the pool and the truth is that it is complicated to schedule when traveling you have other plans and maybe you want to freely go at the end of the day to rest.
