Convenience store freezer locked on weekends. That's terrible
Everything very good, the facilities, the service, the mini supermarket included, the delicious breakfast, the very comfortable room

The only detail, but not very important, is that when entering the room, there was a slight smell of humidity, I don't know why, it wasn't bothersome but it would be the only thing to check
New building, new furniture, everything working, spacious room, good shower. I loved the kitchen in the room that makes life easier, it has a capsule coffee maker, a fridge, and all utensils to make a snack, a quick meal. Every day they tidied up the room and washed the dishes

Could have a sandwich maker, just as a suggestion. I didn't like the gym, it's good for those who only do cardio, there's almost nothing for weightlifting
I was enchanted by the treatment given by each employee! Very kind, attentive, with a differential in service for the guest to feel at home. During breakfast, Diana, Emilly, and Izael making delicious tapioca!!! Divine!!! The whole breakfast was excellent!!! And when they found out it was my birthday, they prepared a beautiful surprise!!! With cake, decorations!! I've never seen anything like it!!! I was very moved!!! Similarly, everyone at the reception (Ana, Fernanda, Giovanna, Gustavo, and Guilherme) always helping, giving tips!!! The room was also very clean and just like the photos!!! It was 4 days now in July feeling at home!!! I loved it and highly recommend it!!!
