We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The location was excellent—close to plenty of eateries and within walking distance of the beach, which made it very convenient. The staff were particularly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and we appreciated how quickly they attended to our requests.

A couple of areas could be improved: blackout curtains would be a welcome addition, especially for guests who prefer to sleep in, and firmer pillows would make the sleeping experience even more comfortable

We have to pay a deposit that is not returned to us at the end of the stay after an inspection of the room. To go to the beach, we are lent two miserable towels and we have to sign a register...
Everything is great, except for breakfast! The breakfast is very meager and always the same. There is very little cheese, very few fruits, and very little meat! Apparently, the breakfast is excellent for Asians, but not so much for Europeans. And the coffee is not tasty (((

My room reserved as 'senior deluxe partial sea view' and its bathroom need renovation and especially better daily cleaning by the housekeeping team (shower cabin mold, stained curtains)
