1. Discovered problems on the first night of check-in, unable to cancel the next 5 days of accommodation (not the usual hotel process), but the environment was really bad, so moved out the next day and booked another accommodation (prefer to pay double the accommodation price, rather than stay in such a bad hotel again). 2. The carpet was dirty and curled up, causing children to trip and fall when walking, and the floor leaked and molded. 3. The direction of entry and exit of the bathtub for bathing is very dangerous, wedged between the bathtub and the toilet tank. 4. Every time the toilet tank flushes, it cannot be refilled. 5. The bed is not the king-size bed as stated on the website, it is a regular double bed (deceiving consumers). 6. Unable to cancel the remaining accommodation due to the above 1-5 issues.

There are also plenty of convenient dining options nearby. 2) Great Layout: I personally really liked the spatial design and overall layout of the apartment; it felt very comfortable. 3) Well-Equipped: The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. The laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are in great condition, and providing laundry detergent was a thoughtful touch. 4) Responsive Host/Service: Although it is a self check-in property, they provide a great communication platform. Whenever we had any questions or issues, we could easily provide feedback, and they addressed them immediately.

1) Bedding is Too Soft: Both the beds and the pillows are on the softer side and might lack support if you prefer a firmer mattress. 2) Floor Noise and Cleanliness: The floors are a bit creaky when walking around. Additionally, the cleanliness could be improved, as there were some crumbs left under the carpet. 3) Bathroom Door Issue: Oddly, the bathroom door is missing a handle, which makes opening and closing it quite difficult.

However, some basic equipment was missing in the apartment: upon arrival, there were no pots or glasses. We had to request them via messaging, as there is no staff present on site. Another negative point: our room had a significant view of the square just in front. The curtains also do not provide complete darkness, which can be inconvenient for sleeping.

No reception, entrance door with a very old closing system to turn and a code. not reassuring: the door would remain open if you forget to turn the latch... a homeless shelter next door.. many things/utensils were missing in the kitchen and you have to come with your cleaning products/sponges... because there were none! Stained velvet chairs + dirty sofa fabric. For your information, the cleaning lady does not come during your stay. No possibility to keep your luggage after check-out since there is no reception.
