My bathroom was not working well. And the shower was dripping, which bothered me while sleeping.
Cleanliness and quality of the hotel.

I would choose one closer to other points of interest.
The highlight was the cleanliness as well as the friendliness of all the staff. The room, although small, had everything I needed. Another positive point was the silence, you couldn't hear the neighboring rooms or people in the hallway. In the lobby, there is a space with food and drinks to be purchased, as well as a microwave, ice machine, and water dispenser (hot or cold) if needed.

Although it is very common in Tokyo for rooms to be tiny, it is a bit bothersome if you are two people or tall. The room has carpeting and its smell is a bit strong.
Great location, close to the subway. Cozy rooms with a nice view and friendly staff.

Somewhat dirty in the bathroom when I checked in (hair, dust)
