I enjoyed everything, just had some trouble with the wifi connection

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond in their effort in creating a memorable and welcoming experience. The location was perfect for exploring the tourist areas and travelling beyond the medina due to the venue’s centrality. The riad itself was beautifully decorated. The young man at reception with a goatee (apologies, I did not catch your name!) was able to assist me checking in late in the evening, and even helped suggesting - and walking me to - a reputable currency exchange store to start my holiday; he was also able to recommend excursions with the venue (unfortunately, I could not attend any)and, in general, he is a wonder! The AC in the room was an absolute life-saver for the first few days as I was adjusting to the heat.

The only downside of my stay was the quality of the bed, however, I understand that this may be merely a choice of preference; whereas some prefer a much softer mattress, others prefer a tougher one. Despite this, most of my time was spent outside the riad, and I was still able to sleep well despite being on the ground floor next to a path, so I cannot truly fault them!

What we liked the most was the location... it's right next to Jemaa El Fna square. Also, the treatment by the hotel staff was impeccable... we asked for a taxi to take us to the airport and without any problem. Likewise, the breakfast was perfect... plentiful and of good quality.

The only thing I could say I didn't like was the comfort of the mattresses... for our taste, they were too hard... but everything else makes up for it.
