I would recommend to include an Air conditioner into the main lobby and breakfast area. Improve the breakfasts as well. Very basic and take long time.

The staff was very friendly. It was like sharing a home with them. The Indian food, homemade upon request, was excellent and economical.

There were 5 of us and we were assigned a spacious room, like an apartment, that fit us perfectly, but being in the basement, it had no windows or ventilation (it worked with somewhat noisy extractors). I suppose the other rooms won't have that issue.
