My wife and her mother with a one-year-old child stayed at the hotel. The rest of the staff is just terrible, especially the owner of this decaying hotel. The owner refused to meet us in the suite with wine and started playing dirty tricks on us. They entered the room without permission while we were away, all taps are leaking, the furniture is ancient and worn out. The walls are in a terrible condition, just like everything else. We orally agreed on a late check-out, then after refusing to meet us, they asked us to vacate one room and pay 30 manats for another, and after reminding them of the agreement, they raised it to 40 just like that. They claim that we made everything up and treat us like fools

A woman with a child and a girl stayed. Cleaning should be done every day by default, but it was done upon request. No facilities for children! They advertise it as a family hotel, but there are only old playpens for children, all stained and shapeless. We asked for a baby bathtub for 17 days, but never got it, there is also no feeding chair. They enter the rooms without permission, without warning. In fact, you come and see men in your room. Well-groomed girls are not welcome here, the hotel owner won't let you live until you drink with him in the suite where you don't know what will happen
