The receptionist is the best I have found in years. She was very kind, efficient, and effective. We had a problem and she helped us a lot, selflessly. The hostel is well located, everything is very clean, and the rooms have everything: wifi, hot water, air conditioning. And everything works perfectly. We slept in several hostels because some days it was full, but this one was the best, without a doubt.
