We were able to check in early which was much appreciated. We had a clean , quiet room and had a good hot breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Finding a reliable hotel to transit through Delhi after arriving via the Indira Gandhi International Airport was very difficult. Many of the hotels listed were not in the location shown on the listing and many did not respond to queries about airport pick up or drop off shuttle services. Hotel Premium Suites WAS THE EXCEPTION. The front desk manager responded to all our queries and was very responsive during our stay. He organised taxi pick ups and drop offs at the airport (Rs500 per journey), he also organised a 4-hour taxi hire within 40km radius (Rs1400), but most importantly he responded to our requests for information before we arrived. He was so good that we stayed here for the night before leaving Delhi on 06 May as well.

Overall location of the hotel in Mahipalpur Block B wasn't very nice as the streets are dirty and narrow and it's not easy to find good or clean restaurants. But the location is convenient for transiting to the airport (only 10 minutes from Terminals 1 and 3).

Front desk manager was fantastic. He replied to our questions before we arrived, he reached out to us when we were on the road in India to check that we were coming to stay that night, and he was able to arrange taxis, airport shuttles and other items. His English was excellent and he was professional and friendly. Well done.
