Instead of the hotel I had booked, they were arranging another hotel for my stay. They informed me that this one also belonged to them, and the hotel is located in a dirty alley.
I moved to another hotel
New and very clean structure. Although the alley to reach it may be intimidating, it was a very pleasant surprise. Quiet sleep a stone's throw from the bazaar and the most useful shops (pharmacy, money exchange, mini market, tea, etc...).
