They told us a higher amount than what was booked Once we reached they behaved like the app is for just knowing about the rooms the actual things are beyond it they literally want a 1000 rupees more than the app offered hence we have to search for another room it took our lot of time and effort we booked through the app for our comfort but it ended up worse and it destroyed the trust towards the app

Rooms are not clean, cockroach was there in the room, they need to clean the whole hotel or just upgrade the hotel to next level. Security vise they can improve
The reception desk was cooperative. They offered help with navigating the city, too. The location of the hotel was well placed. We found restaurants nearby and also a Church nearby. Location is also close to a well-known bus stop.

The Basic triple room was well below our expectations. The room number 401 was on the terrace, and it being the only room on the terrace was a bit off. It did not have cupboards, and the overall room cleanliness was not up to the mark. It lacked professional standards.
