Very small room. Tiny bathroom. No window to open. No fresh air coming in. Very hot

Tasty breakfast, well-prepared, not a lot of choices, but sufficient. The bed and duvets are very comfortable. The TV only shows German, but nobody goes to Vienna to watch TV :)

The cleanliness under the bed, in five days of stay, the same dust was always there. In the bathroom, I did an experiment for two days, I left a paper inside the closed toilet lid, at the end of the day the same paper was still there, without being cleaned. The curtains in the bathtubs are very inappropriate for transmitting bacteria.

Dirty, the air conditioning does not work, the rooms are equipped with fans. I asked for help at the reception for the air conditioning and the response was ironic 'It's late, there is no one to help us, just open the window, fresh air will come in'. The TV remote batteries were worn out, I asked for new ones and they didn't even help with that! Price-quality ratio zero!! Disappointing!
