Nice hostel conviniently placed in Brussels. My female dormitory was clean, calm and peaceful. There were big enough lockers for my luggage and the wi-fi worked perfectly. The common spaces were also comfortable (I had the opportunity to work for a bit in the common lounge). The decor was nice and the staff available and overall nice.

I didn't enjoy the fact that I had to pay (even if it was a small fare) to leave my luggage with them just for a couple hours after check out, before I took my train back home. Generally, this is a given in such accomodation equivalent offers and I think it wouldn't hurt to include it for those that spent the night there.

ho chiesto piu volte un phone e non mi e´stato mai dato poiche la struttura ne ha solo uno, non accettabile che nella camera familiare non ce ne sia uno per camera.

no towel provided, no lock for the locker, and the sink in the room can be a bit uncomfortable, since other people are sleeping and you have to use it - also it was clogged.
