Tesis tam merkezde. Konumu mükemmel. Olanakları mükemmel. Bolt uygulamasını kullanarak hemen dibinden her yere gittik. Temizliği çok güzel. Hergün temizlikle beraber içme suyu bırakıyorlar. 2 kişilik odada kaldık yeterince büyüktü. Terlik de veriyorlar. Kahvaltısı fena değil yeterli. Herşeyden memnun kaldık. Fakat...

Great location, close to the Sea promenade, old city, Nizami street. The hotel itself is just opposite to a nice park. Clean, a very friendly staff, a very delicious buffet-breakfast, every day different porridges and hot starters, a big choice of the local jams. As a gift for our anniversary we got free early check in and breakfast at first day. Many-many thanks! We wish all the best to the hotel and the staff!

The hotel is in a fantastic, central location right in the heart of everything. The rooms are clean, beautiful, and very well-maintained. The staff is exceptionally kind and welcoming. While the initial pillow wasn't quite comfortable for us, we were happy to find out the hotel offers a pillow menu—switching to the orthopedic pillow was a great solution! The breakfast was decent; although the variety wasn't huge, it was completely fine and satisfying. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. A huge thank you to the wonderful hotel manager, Natalia, and the entire team for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. Highly recommended!
