The staff are very courteous and do an excellent job. I didn't have a Chinese SIM card, so I couldn't fully use local services. Tina was happy to help me, which made my stay at the hotel much more comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's responsiveness and willingness to help. Tina, in particular—who was doing an internship at the hotel—was happy to assist me with all the questions that came up while I was in this city, which was new to me.
