Nice modern room with comfy bed and a decent bathroom. Breakfast was really good value and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. About 20 mins from the airport but everywhere else was a little long given the city's traffic. 24/7 reception was appreciated, as was a room not on the roadside.

Our room was a little close to reception and the soundproofing wasn't great. That said, it was still nice and quiet. As mentioned, the area isn't too close to some sights like La Candelaria which took over 30 mins in a taxi. Some more comforts like tea or coffee in the room would also be appreciated.

Even though the assigned room was available, I had to wait until the EXACT Check-in time. I arrived at the hotel 2 hours early

The bed is very comfortable and big

The bathroom needs painting and maintenance, the shower drain was half clogged. They did not change towels during my two-day stay or clean the room.
