The location (10 minutes walk from the train station)(relatively close to the center). We walked around the city, except to go to the Lindt museum and near the lake, where we took the bus. The room is basic, but sufficient. It is well soundproofed despite overlooking a busy street. The staff is very nice. At the reception, there is a very small refrigerator available for all guests, as well as a microwave, a water fountain, and complimentary hot drinks. The breakfast is decent and sufficient for us. The place is quiet.

Maybe just a little warmth in the room layout (decoration, colors)

I really liked the location, close to the center and easy access to everything. It was totally worth it, and exceeded the negative points. Very good breakfast as well.
