I booked: - a quadruple room: major sanitary issue in the bathroom: no window and the ventilation system clearly did not work, so shower steam and toilet odors were not sucked out and had to pass through the room and then out through the window of the room; - a double room: the bathroom had a window so it was okay. Reported the problem, the management ignored it incorrectly claiming everything was fine. The experience would have been very positive if it weren't for this inconvenience, but I consider this service failure a serious sanitary issue, therefore enough to give a minimum overall score (together with the lack of support from the management).

The hotel is very well located, just a little set back from the Rambla so as not to hear it - especially with the construction. Breakfast was excellent and the team was flexible to accommodate us when we had early activities. The room and service were impeccable.

a bit noisy in the corridor, the room doors are close to each other and our refrigerator in the room did not work to keep the water cold and some snacks.

I liked the hotel and the location was great! I could walk everywhere. Also, it was nice to have breakfast in the morning.

The room was a little hot. I am not sure if there was an air conditioner. When I was going to the hall or to the cafe to have breakfast, it was much cooler.

A slight issue with the shower head support. A small soap to wash (I admit that with the heat outside, at worst, I took 3 showers in a day)
