Location
Although they say in their advertisements that parking is available, the truth is very different. The parking is on the main road with parking meters, which have to be paid for the time parked. Being on holiday this is a very inconvenient way, not to mentioned the safety factor and at times difficult to find a parking spot. There is a parking garage nearby, which costs USD 80,- per week. The hotel should create and assist in parking there.
The location is excellent close to the shops, Emma bridge, and restaurants! The staff were very helpful and attentive when requested. The breakfast, despite the limited variety, was very tasty and well served!

The elevator had problems for two whole days, but it did not disrupt the stay!
Everything, spacious and comfortable rooms, daily cleaning and tidying. The terrace is very nice and pleasant. Excellent breakfast at the Mar y Tierra restaurant, highlighting Michelle's excellent attention, always very kind and helpful.
