The rooms were damp. I didn't stay overnight at all, as I was with a child. Asked for a refund, was told to submit a request through Booking. I did, everything went well in words, but I never received the refund. Besides, the price does not match the quality. There are many hotels of much better quality at this price.

The property was clean and comfortable. Excellent location being within walking distance of the Forbidden City and close to lots of good restaurants and shops. All the staff were friendly and helpful - especially Ellie! Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Beijing!
