Very friendly and helpful staff, all very clean and well-maintained, large rooms and modernized bathrooms, extensive and delicious breakfast, absolutely worth its price!

The only downside is the location - a bit outside the center, China town around the corner, not a really nice area of the city - but with a car, tram or bus, you quickly reach the center.
