Dass wir „nur“ eine Nacht im „Art Hotel" waren!

Wir waren „nur“ eine Nacht in diesem „Art Hotel“ – Gott sei Dank! Von „Kunst“ ist hier weit und breit nichts zu sehen (ausser unzählige Müllsäcke). Das einzige Kunststück dieses Hotels ist wohl, trotz der unmöglichen Lage (nur über sehr steile Treppen erreichbar), fehlender Parkplätze in der Nähe, ohne Strandtücher, bei einer winzigen Zimmergröße (13+ qm) und einem schrecklichen Frühstück, sage und schreibe 200 Euro pro Nacht zu verlangen. Das ist wirklich nur in Dubrovnik möglich!! Wir haben die ganze Welt bereist. Nun haben wir es gefunden: das schlechteste Hotel (in dieser Preiskategorie), das es wohl gibt!!! Der Zu- und Abgang zum Hotel führt über 80 bis 100 schmale, steile Stufen (je nach Richtung und Stockwerk der Zimmer), Koffer schleppen - fast unmöglich. Wer ein Badetuch mit an "den Strand" (Platz für 3-4 Personen) nimmt, wird mit 40 Euro „bestraft“, und im Badezimmer gibt es gerade einmal zwei winzige Fläschchen Shampoo für zwei Personen. Einfach unglaublich! Wer dieses Hotel bucht, ist im Nachhinein wirklich selbst schuld. Wir können vor diesem Hotel nur warnen und die teilweise guten Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Der Verdacht liegt nahe, dass hier viele Bewertungen gefälscht sind – beweisen lässt es sich leider nicht. Erlebt haben wir es, dass die positiven Bewertungen nicht stimmen können, denn dieses Hotel hat nicht wenig, dieses Hotel hat null!!! Ambiente.

Mi chiedo se le recensioni siano attendibili in quanto una struttura non può passare da "eccezionale" a decadente in un mese... stanza relativamente pulita ma ampiamente sotto le aspettative. Colazione nella decenza solo il secondo giorno... il primo ha fatto tutto la receptionist nessuna traccia di altro personale. Abbiamo ricevuto una marea di messaggi che più che informativi sembravano minatori... la struttura ha effettivamente un accesso complicato.

La habitación no tenía nada que ver con lo contratado. LLegamos a las 11:30 horas para checking y no nos dejaron hacer checking. La recepcionista que estaba no nos dejó hasta las 15:00 horas y cuando lo hicimos ya solo quedaba la habitación que nos dieron que era diferente a la contratada. Desayuno standard menos. El chico que estaba en recepción si intentó ayudar en todo lo posible.

Baño diminuto. Ducha casi no entro. Toallas de pago Limpieza exterior y a veces interior mala. arñas y telas de araña en varios lugares. Maceteros rotos con posibilidad de cortar al cliente. Por supuesto muchas muchas escaleras

Os acessos são complicados, nomeadamente o transporte das malas, difícil para pessoas de mobilidade reduzida..

We stayed at the hotel for a week, and overall, our experience was quite mixed. First of all, I have to mention the staff everyone was absolutely friendly and helpful. The location is also great!

We decided to pay a little extra for breakfast, but unfortunately, we didn’t feel that it was really worth it. The selection was quite limited and during a 7 day stay, there was very little variety. I understand that this is a small hotel, so maybe this is normal, but I think the breakfast could definitely be improved. Also, plant-based milk was available only on the first day and after thag it was never available again. We also chose a room without a balcony, which we ended up regretting. I haven’t seen the rooms with balconies, so I can’t compare them directly, but our room was very small and quite dark. We had to keep the lights on almost all the time, even during the day. One particularly strange issue was the chair in the room. It had a strong unpleasant smell, to the point that when we left a T-shirt on it for a few hours, the T-shirt picked up the smell and we couldn’t really wear it afterwards. This definitely wasn’t very pleasant. Another issue was the noise at night. I understand that this isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, as it depends on the other guests, but the soundproofing was very poor, you could hear practically everything happening in the corridors and other rooms. Almost every night, there was some kind of noise that woke us up. On one occasion, for example, two apparently drunk guests were loudly shouting to each other from different floors for around two hours. We weren’t sure whether they were actually hotel guests or someone who had entered the building, so it was quite uncomfortable.
