The room was perfect for two of us. Big, comfortable king bed and blackout curtains gave a good night's sleep. Very quiet despite busy location. No noise whatsoever from neighboring rooms. Everything was clean, and felt modern and well-maintained. Lots of nearby dining and entertainment options.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff who checked us in was incredibly welcoming and upgraded our stay.

My checkin experience last night was good, but I did not not have a good experience with the assistant manger and the reception when I wanted to extend my stay by a day. I was told that I had to switch rooms; when I mentioned that it was not a great customer experience, I got a lecture from the assistant manager telling me not to be disrespectful and not to raise my voice. All this just for pointing out that I was not having a great customer experience The person at the Front Desk who was with her was also rude and said that I could cancel my stay if I wanted.
