the behviour of the front office guy was not appropirate he doesnt know how to talk to a customer , he thinks he is too smart. This is not the way a hotel staff talks.

It does not specify on website the side we were at was dry. Breakfast staff were in cooperative with offering/bringing tea/coffee as it was busy. Breakfast was good. I was told I would get an email with free entry to attractions but this never arrived. Nor were we offered f&b discounts for being an ihg member.
Spacious room, perfect for the family of four. Family suit is actually two rooms with 2 bathrooms, one big bed and one sofa bed which is big enough to fit two kids. Very comfortable!
