Good breakfast! The modern traditional design was very nice. Room was spacious and comfortable. I loved that the hotel was quietly tucked in the corner of Thamel, with no noise at all. The staffs were kind and made our stay very enjoyable. Manager Debendra and the front desk team is available most times to help you when needed/or with recommendations via Whatsapp. I would love to visit again, hope to see you soon.

Staff are very friendly & helpful. We stayed for 1 night before heading to Chitwan for 3 days and then returning to the hotel - they were able to store our luggage for us whilst we were away, which was really helpful!

Staff are great - they are so friendly and helpful, they really made our stay at the hotel enjoyable. Location is very good - lots of good restaurants around and street is quiet overnight. Breakfast pancakes were great!

The hotel is a little run down/rough around the edges. They were running a breakfast menu rather than buffet whilst we were there, it takes about 30-40 mins (depending on what you order), but it was good food. They didn’t service the rooms and then on the last day we realised it seems that you have to ask if you want the rooms serviced. I think hotel stay is worth the amount you pay for it overall.
We were customers 3 times during our 3 weeks in Nepal. At the beginning, between the treks, and at the end. All the staff are very courteous and friendly. They helped us with all our concerns (bus rides, taxis, information). We were allowed to store unnecessary things for free during our hikes. That was really great. The breakfast was very good. The Wi-Fi was fast and the room spacious and clean. The location was very quiet but central. We have no complaints. We would recommend the hotel to everyone.
