The room was so tidy and the reception staff were so helpful -location is good but it’s hard for uber to reach it alittle bit -beside it so adorable restaurants and the street is so safe and full of life

At first they gave me another room but when asked they replace it with a great one -the room needs a small refrigerator this is the only missing thing

Bath roon cleanliness, shower did nit work properly. tv did not work most of the times and pretty outdated. I had booked a twin room and the staff said it wasnt available and booking.com optiom doesnt mean much. They promised to change the room but never came back Area was very commercial and conjested. Not a good area to stay with family I would may be pay more and choose a nicer area next time.
