My booking mentioned late check-out, but in fact I was charged an extra $10. Yes, it's not much, but late check-out should be removed from the offer, otherwise you are not fully honest with your guests.

Breakfast starts at 8:30, way too late, considering that to visit Angkor, you need to get up early and leave well before 8:30. So we never managed to have breakfast at the hotel even though it was included in the price. Moreover, the hotel is also a youth hostel!!! Not at all the standard we were looking for and mentioned in the hotel description. And to finish, the neighboring dogs barking at night.

Owner changed recently, clearly not 4 stars as mentioned in booking, barely 3 stars. My understanding is that it used to be great in the past but it is now more a youth hostel rather than a hotel. It's a pity we have not been informed of this change before as we booked a month ago... Feel like betrayed. Towels dirty, noisy at night, clearly not for family holidays. Breakfast timeslot is a joke 8:30 am to 04:30 pm... Forget about breakfast if you want to start your day early! Bar tender not welcoming at all... We had the feeling that we were bothering him ordering food..... Lack of maintenance, leaky AC with humidity on the ceiling. Clearly the pain point of our stay in Cambodia, I do not recommend
