The inappropriate noises from the guests because it is supposed to be a family hotel not a motel and there were many uncomfortable noises of sexual relationships inside the hotel

There is no air conditioning or fan, many mosquitoes get in, the iron was not working, we reported the water pump of the toilet, they did not fix it.

The location is excellent and very safe just 2 blocks from the subway and on the corner there is an oxxo. The room is excellent, king bed, hot water, fan, and what I loved the most is that it has an elevator as I traveled with my elderly mother and she struggles a bit with stairs. At the reception, they have a vending machine for chips, sodas, and a microwave, so if you bring some food, you can heat it up without any problem. The reception and cleaning staff are very friendly, super delighted, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much
