The room air conditioning is not of good quality and it makes a disturbing noise. Also, cleaning supplies are only for one person despite the reservation being for two people.
Hidden Gem in Muscat, it's close to shops and malls, perfect location, spacious room, big, clean, and amazing staff. They accommodated my needs and even provided a baby crib for my baby. Peaceful sleeping, late checkout for a fee. All in all, a very good hotel. If it had a restaurant and a pool, it would be a 5-star hotel. Thank you, will definitely stay again.

There's no breakfast on site, you have to wake up early and go grab something to eat. The floors are clean, but when my baby was crawling, we discovered they could use a deep cleaning at least twice a month to remove sticky residue from the floor. Other than that, everything is super amazing.
