As soon as we arrived and were greeted by the staff, it was just great. They were helpful throughout our stay, friendly, and easy to chat with. Everything in the lobby was free - chilled water, ice cream, snacks. The location in old Chiang Mai was convenient to everything and just a 1-minute walk to the largest street market I've been to. The room was nice and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent with a buffet and an egg/hashbrown/bacon station, and you could also order from a small menu!

The room, despite being a superior double and paying a higher price than usual in Thailand, was very small.
A structure that exceeded every rosy expectation. From the entrance to the colonial-style hall, the atmosphere conveys an immediate feeling of relaxation and care. The cleanliness of our Deluxe room was truly impeccable and the space well managed, with a courtesy kit complete with every necessity. The attention to the guest is extraordinary: in addition to the complimentary snacks and water in the room, the hall offers a 24-hour free refreshment service with fruit juices, sweet and savory snacks, water, and even ice cream. During our 3-night stay, they offered us three complimentary vouchers for a couple's tea, a huge ice cream cup, and a lunch for two, all to our liking. A huge applause to the staff and especially to the receptionist, Fan (if you happen to read this review, I really hope you don't mind if I happened to misspell your name!): she was uniquely courteous and helpful. She solved a huge problem for us with a rescheduled flight to Samui, contacting Bangkok Airways directly and changing our tickets free of charge to a much more convenient time. She also helped us several times to book local massage centers, eliminating any language barrier. The breakfast is spectacular: in addition to the extensive buffet, you can order excellent hot dishes on the spot, so abundant that they easily qualify as a lunch. The location is fantastic: you can walk to excellent typical restaurants, coin laundries, and clean and professional massage centers. It is also less than a two-minute walk from the parallel street of the Sunday Night Market (while for the daily night markets, you need a tuk-tuk for about 100-150 THB). For those traveling by car, parking is free at the nearby 99 Gallery Hotel, practically in front of their 24-hour open reception.
