Very good location with views of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop and just a few short minutes walking distance to the eastern gate. You can upgrade your room to one with aircon (recommended in hot season). I tried their vegetarian tali set and it was very delicious(and enjoyed with rooftop view). Exactly as advertised.

Not exactly a bad point but as it was off season renovations were going on and less people stayed there. Personally, I would prefer to have a water cooler in the room rather than a TV, but again the room was exactly as advertised so nothing to complain about
Location: about 5 minutes walk from the Taj Mahal. Staff: kind, helpful, and very professional. Clean hotel, very quiet and welcoming atmosphere. Restaurant: good food prepared by them !!! I was traveling alone and always felt safe in the hotel, the staff gave me great advice on staying in Agra.

Great location, super close to the Taj Mahal! Many restaurant choices nearby. The staff is also very friendly and provides luggage storage.

By Indian standards, the cleanliness of the room is already good, but still needs improvement. It would be better if credit card payment is accepted!
The location of Hotel Kamal is ideal with an incomparable view of the Taj Mahal from the terrace. 10 minutes walk to reach the entrance and ticket office. The staff is very attentive and you always have the option to order a drink or food, practically at any time of the day.

Limited comfort. No internet during our 2 nights. The monkeys had played a little too much with the antenna.
