The hotel's location is excellent, very clean, the cleaning staff are excellent, the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, and the staff welcome you warmly.

The facilities are not interconnected, with a reception on the ground floor opening onto the center and very narrow. There is another reception desk on the fifth floor. The complex contains a market that occupies most of the hotel's area. There are no safety deposit boxes with secret numbers inside the rooms.

There is absolutely no service for carrying the bags to the rooms, you have to carry them yourself without a trolley. The staff are rude and uncooperative, they delivered the rooms late by an hour, and upon check-out, we asked for extra time to handle the bags, they refused to give us an extra minute. The room walls are gypsum barriers that allow you to hear everything around you, there is no sound insulation at all. The furniture is very old and uncomfortable. The place smells bad. The breakfast buffet is very narrow and hot without air conditioning, the place and the smell are very unpleasant, and there is absolutely no variety in the items.

For God's sake, do not stay at this hotel even if they offer you accommodation for free. The furniture is bad. The curtains are useless because the light enters the room. When you ask for water, they ask you to pay. The bed is for one person and the cover is for one person.

- No lobby for the hotel. - The receptionist raises the phone's volume, and every time you call, it's busy. I went down and informed him to lower it, but it was futile.
