موقع رائع في وسط المدينة! يمكنك التجول بسهولة إلى المسرح الروماني والقلعة والعديد من المتاجر والمطاعم. الطاقم (عمرو، مالك، وهشام) ودودون للغاية، يتحدثون الإنجليزية بطلاقة ومتعاونون للغاية. يأخذون الأمان على محمل الجد ويستقبلون كل شخص يدخل الفندق ولا يعرفونه كضيف. حصلت على توصيات محلية جيدة جدًا (جربت بعض محلات الكباب التي ذكروها!) وحجزت تذكرة حافلة JETT إلى البتراء. الغرف مريحة للغاية مع دش قوي وخدمة تنظيف يومية ممتازة (بما في ذلك مناشف نظيفة ومياه معبأة). أحببت منطقة الجلوس على السطح، وقوة الواي فاي، وجهاز توزيع المياه المنقاة في اللوبي. إنه فندق صغير بحوالي عشر غرف. سأبقى هنا مرة أخرى بكل تأكيد!

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that we have one room that needs maintenance and was asked to cancel my reservation, which I did upon their request... Before all that, I made the payment through Visa and was told that my money will be refunded to me after 24 hours of canceling the reservation. Until now, I haven't received my money back as it has been almost 48 hours since I canceled my reservation... In conclusion, why didn't they contact me before I arrived at the hotel and inform me about this, especially since I was coming from traveling, and besides, my reservation was in Beirut and they sent me to Beirut 2 hahaha, and there they told me there is only one room that needs maintenance and I cannot send you there... What about my money

Jack was such a wonderful host, and really wanted to make my stay comfortable. I was upgraded, at no cost, to a quiet, cool room. He made sure I was comfortable, and I'm so grateful to him and the team at Beirut Hotel.

It's a little noisy, but I expected it, given the neighborhood. Jack arranged for a quieter space for me, and I'm so grateful.

I accidentally left my original phone charger plugged into the socket when I checked out. I called the hotel as soon as I realized, and I was told that they “didn’t find anything.” Interesting how a charger can disappear from a room immediately after a guest leaves. I expected basic honesty from a hotel, not a magic trick. 🪄 Lost my charger, but apparently the hotel found it more useful than I did. Very disappointing and definitely not a place I would trust with my belongings.

After completing my stay at Beirut Hotel, and based on my experience in both the first and second branches over a period of 15 days, I would like to share my experience and express my gratitude and respect to all the staff members of this establishment. I sincerely thank each and every one of them. A special thanks goes to the Housekeeping team for their excellent work and dedication. I would also like to thank the reception staff for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, and comfortable, and I highly recommend it. If I visit Amman again, I will definitely choose to stay here without hesitation. The location is excellent, and the service provided is exceptional considering the price paid. Thank you all for making my stay such a pleasant experience.
