On the positive side, the environment was quite neat, the room was decent value for the money, and the staff seemed nice.

The water heater didn't work at all, so I was stuck taking freezing cold showers. Breakfast was equally frustrating; the food was served cold, and there wasn't even hot water available. On top of that, the kitchen staff were incredibly noisy and constantly disturbed the peace in my room.

The location is great. Quiet neighborhood with additional security checks provided by the estate. It is also easily accessible with very good connections to the airport and the Central Business District.

The hotel is good and can be improved by paying more attention to the maintenance of the assets so that it can be better. The wifi could also be improved.
