チェックインの際に、「少しお待ちください」とか特に断りもなく、スタッフ同士が話し合いをしていて、待たされている側の不信感が募った。 チェックインの際に、「雨が降っているので、湿気くさいかもしれない」と言われて、正直すぎて潔いと思いつつも、テンションが下がった。

The private bath on the top floor was amazing. The included Yukata also added to the lovely experience. The room had an amazing view out onto Tokyo Tower.

No complaints, other than that the breakfast facility was relatively small for the amount of people and was incredibly crowded. I recommend going as early as possible for more comfortable experience.
