No AC and the fact that you needed to leave the key every time you leave the room

There are no stairs and I had to climb 6 floors with suitcases. For young people, it's manageable but very challenging for older people. But I feel it's compensated by the location and room comfort

At no point in the description of the hotel was it written that the hotel had 6 floors WITHOUT ELEVATORS 👎🏻 So I’m very angry at the hotel (and Booking) for not specifying this peculiarity
