The staff was rude when we asked them for late checkout. Straight away they denied and they were like if you want to stay after 1 that will be chargeable and plus, one of the staff member said that so you will checkout at 1 pm. The staff member sounded rude as if he was doing some favour talking on room service phone. Cleanliness was missing, the carpets were bad, mosquitoes in the room. Food was not that great. Not worth 15k
